Third Party Warranties and Indemnities. Supplier will assign to UC all third party warranties and indemnities that Supplier receives in connection with any Services provided to UC. To the extent that Supplier is not permitted to assign any warranties or indemnities through to UC, Supplier agrees to specifically identify and enforce those warranties and indemnities on behalf of UC to the extent Supplier is permitted to do so under the terms of the applicable Third Party agreements.
