Common use of This Agreement and the University Statutes Clause in Contracts

This Agreement and the University Statutes. This Agreement does not modify, rescind or repeal any of the provisions of the Statutes of the University, or any future amendments of the University Statutes which do not conflict with this Agreement. The University Statutes, with all such amendments, to the extent that they do not conflict with the terms of this Agreement, are assimilated into and made part of every individual contract of employment between a faculty member and the University. If there is a conflict between the University Statutes and this Agreement, then this Agreement shall govern on the point in conflict.
