This Agreement Not Evidence. The Parties agree that, whether or not it is approved or terminated, this Settlement Agreement and anything contained herein, and any and all negotiations, documents, discussions, and proceedings associated with this Settlement Agreement, and any action taken to carry out this Settlement Agreement, shall not be referred to, offered as evidence, or received in evidence in any pending or future civil, criminal, or administrative action or other proceeding, in this or any other jurisdiction, except in a proceeding to approve or enforce this Settlement Agreement or in connection with the other applications contemplated in this Settlement Agreement, or to defend against the assertion of Released Claims, or as otherwise required by law, or with the written consent of all Parties.
