This Contract and Appendices are Supporting Documents. This Contract and Appendices and supporting documents are public documents available for public inspection to the extent allowable by State law. The Department has the right to use for a public purpose, and disclose to the public, all contractual information, including reports, evaluations, statistics, and other management and performance information related to this Contract.
