Common use of Threats Clause in Contracts

Threats. Any employee who is threatened with physical harm by any person or group while carrying 1 out assigned duties shall immediately notify the administration and, if necessary, the appropriate law 2 enforcement authority. Immediate steps shall be taken by the administration in cooperation with the 3 employee to provide for the employee's safety.
