Prohibited Uses and Activities. None of the following are permitted in student accommodations: water beds, refrigerators larger than 4.3 cubic feet, unauthorized air conditioners, unauthorized home-constructed loft units, unauthorized animals, exterior radio/television aerials, controlled substances, ammunition or other explosives, firearms or other weapons, and highly combustible substances. Additionally, the operation of any business venture within the accommodation is expressly prohibited. Students interested in seeking exceptions to this policy may contact Housing Services.
Prohibited Uses and Activities. 2.6.1. Ipsen shall not use any Ipsen Compound Technology, Ipsen Formulation Technology or any Ipsen Joint Technology Rights in contravention or violation of the exclusive license rights granted to Nuvios pursuant to Section 2.1. Ipsen shall not grant licenses or otherwise transfer any rights to any person or entity (other than Nuvios) if and to the extent that any such grant or other transfer would violate, contravene, conflict with, or be inconsistent with the exclusive license rights granted to Nuvios pursuant to Section 2.1.
2.6.2. In addition, at any time from and after the Effective Date and for as long as Ipsen receives royalties pursuant to Article 4 of this Agreement with respect to any country of the Territory and there is no Unlicensed Product being sold in such country of the Territory by persons other than Ipsen or any of its Affiliates, (i) none of Ipsen and its Affiliates, shall register, use, make, import, export, market, distribute, offer for sale and sell any Unlicensed Product in such country of the Territory, and (ii) none of Ipsen and its Affiliates shall enter into any agreement with any person or entity (other than Nuvios) pursuant to which such person or entity other than Nuvios shall research, develop, register, use, make, have made, import, export, market, distribute, offer for sale and sell Licensed Compound, Licensed Product and/or Unlicensed Product in such country of the Territory.

Without limiting the Student Conduct requirements set forth in Section 9 above, Student hereby acknowledges that the following shall not be permitted in, on, or about the Student’s accommodations: unauthorized pets, air-conditioners, space heaters, any open flame cooking device or heating unit, halogen light fixtures, exterior radio/television aerials, controlled substances, waterbeds, loft beds, firecrackers, ammunition, firearms or any other weapons, and any flammable items (i.e., holiday decorations and candles). Prohibited uses and activities include, but are not limited to, using the Service, Customer equipment or Moundville Equipment, either individually or in combination with one another, to: • undertake or accomplish any unlawful purpose, including, but not limited to, posting, storing, transmitting or disseminating information, data or material that is libelous, obscene, unlawful, threatening or defamatory, or which infringes on the intellectual property rights of any person or entity, or which in any way constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or otherwise violate any local, state or federal law, order, or regulation; • post, store, send, transmit, or disseminate any information or material which a reasonable person could deem to be indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, hateful or intimidating; • upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, create derivative works of, or distribute in any way information, software or other material obtained through the Service or otherwise that is protected by copyright or other proprietary right, without obtaining permission of the owner, including, but not limited to, links to such material, serial or registration numbers for software programs or pirated copyrighted content, such as authorized copies of music, video or other media files, whether through Internet Relay Chat or file sharing programs or services; • transmit unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, commonly known as "spam;" • send numerous copies of the same or substantially similar messages, empty messages, or messages which contain no substantive content, or send very large messages or files that disrupt a server, account, newsgroup or chat service; • initiate, perpetuate or in any way participate in any pyramid or other illegal scheme; • participate in the collection of e-mail addresses, screen names, or other identifiers of others (without their prior consent), a practice sometimes known as “spidering” or “harvesting,” or participate in the use of software (including "spyware") designed to facilitate this activity; • collect responses from unsolicited bulk messages; • falsify, alter or remove message headers; • falsify references to Moundville or its network, by name or other identifier, in messages; • impersonate any per...
Prohibited Uses and Activities. 17.1 Any use, operation or activity which causes or produces the attraction of flies, insects, rodents or other animals, or the creation or emission of dust or dirt, without proper mitigating measures in place;
17.2 Any use, operation or activity which causes or produces any emission into the air of any (i) noxious, toxic, hazardous or corrosive fumes or gases; (ii) excessive smoke, dirt or dust; or (iii) pollutants in violation of any local, state or federal standards;

i. Unlawful Use: Using service in any manner that violates local, state or federal law, including without limitation using service to transmit any material (by e-mail or otherwise) whose transmission is unlawful under any local, state or federal law applicable to such transmission.
ii. Copyright or Trademark Infringement: Using service to transmit any material (by e-mail, bit torrent software, direct download, FTP sites or otherwise) that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of Company or any third party, including, but not limited to, the unauthorized copying of copyrighted material, the digitization and distribution of photographs from magazines, books, or other copyrighted sources, the digitization and distribution of copyrighted video or music, and the unauthorized transmittal of copyrighted software.
iii. Violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA): Using service to circumvent any technological measures used by copyright owners to protect their works or using service to produce or disseminate technology primarily designed or produced to circumvent DMCA protections, that have only limited commercially significant purpose or use other than to circumvent; or that are marketed for use in circumventing DMCA protections.
iv. Harm to Minors: Using service to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way; including but not limited to activities involving child pornography or the sexual exploitation of children.

Prohibited Uses and Activities. Tenant will not (a) make or permit any occupancy or use of any part of the Premises for any hazardous, offensive, dangerous, noxious or unlawful occupation, trade, business or purpose or any occupancy or use thereof that is contrary to any law, by-law, ordinance, rule, permit or license, (b) cause, maintain or permit any nuisance in, at or on the Premises, and (c) commit any waste. Tenant agrees not to permit any occupancy or use of the Premises nor to engage in any other activity in the Building which would materially interfere with telecommunications, computer, or utility systems, installations, or services of other tenants or occupants so long as the same are of a type customarily found in first class office buildings. If noises, vibrations, odors, operating methods, or conditions of cleanliness of the Premises or any appurtenance thereto materially interfere with first class office uses of other occupied areas in the Building, Tenant shall undertake such additional protective measures as may be necessary to eliminate the material interference (such as additional noise or vibration damping or additional venting). Tenant shall keep all such areas of the Premises clean at all times and all trash, refuse and garbage from a cafeteria or similar facility shall be collected, removed and stored in a manner reasonably approved by Landlord.
