THROUGH. below; provided, however, that in no event shall the Owner have any obligation to reimburse the Consultant for any expenses incurred (i) in connection with the preparation of the Consultant’s application or proposal to the Owner or promotional or marketing material; or (ii) more than ninety (90) days prior to presentation to the Owner of the Consultant’s application for payment of such expenses.
