Ticket Refunds for Travel To/From the United States. The CARRIER will provide refunds for tickets and additional services in the following cases: • If the passenger paid for additional services related to a flight that were not provided. • If the passenger paid for checked baggage that was lost or significantly delayed. • If the flight was canceled or experienced a significant schedule change (including non-refundable tickets) and the passenger chose not to accept the new schedule. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or in another form equivalent to the cash value. To request a refund: • If the ticket was purchased through a travel agency, the passenger must contact the agency to process the refund. • If the ticket was purchased at a sales office, the passenger must visit the same office to obtain the refund. • For purchases made on xxxx.xxx or through telephone services or the reservations center, the passenger may request a refund online.

  • Benchmarks for Measuring Accessibility For the purposes of this Agreement, the accessibility of online content and functionality will be measured according to the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA and the Web Accessibility Initiative Accessible Rich Internet Applications Suite (WAI-ARIA) 1.0 for web content, which are incorporated by reference. Adherence to these accessible technology standards is one way to ensure compliance with the District’s underlying legal obligations to ensure people with disabilities are able to acquire the same information, engage in the same interactions, and enjoy the same benefits and services within the same timeframe as their nondisabled peers, with substantially equivalent ease of use; that they are not excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or otherwise subjected to discrimination in any District programs, services, and activities delivered online, as required by Section 504 and Title II and their implementing regulations; and that they receive effective communication of the District’s programs, services, and activities delivered online.   • Data Security The Provider agrees to utilize administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect Student Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, acquisition, destruction, use, or modification. The Provider shall adhere to any applicable law relating to data security. The provider shall implement an adequate Cybersecurity Framework based on one of the nationally recognized standards set forth set forth in Exhibit “F”. Exclusions, variations, or exemptions to the identified Cybersecurity Framework must be detailed in an attachment to Exhibit “H”. Additionally, Provider may choose to further detail its security programs and measures that augment or are in addition to the Cybersecurity Framework in Exhibit “F”. Provider shall provide, in the Standard Schedule to the DPA, contact information of an employee who XXX may contact if there are any data security concerns or questions.

  • Deposit A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon Total Amount is due with acceptance of rental agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment may be made by traveler's checks, bank money order, wire transfer, or certified check or major credit card. Personal checks will be accepted upon approval; if funds are not credited within Ten days booking will be cancelled. The deposit amount is $_DepositAmount_.

  • Reporting Provision Within 30 days of signing this Agreement, the District will submit for OCR’s review and approval its chosen accessibility standard.

  • Public Records Taxpayer acknowledges that GO-Biz is subject to the California Public Records Act (PRA) (Gov. Code, § 6250 et seq.). This Agreement and materials submitted by Taxpayer to GO-Biz may be subject to a PRA request. In such an event, GO-Biz will notify Taxpayer, as soon as practicable that a PRA request for Taxpayer’s information has been received, but not less than five (5) business days prior to the release of the requested information to allow Taxpayer to seek an injunction. GO-Biz will work in good faith with Taxpayer to protect the information to the extent an exemption is provided by law, including, but not limited to, notes, drafts, proprietary information, financial information, and trade secret information. GO-Biz will also apply the “balancing test” as provided for under Government Code section 6255, to the extent applicable. Notwithstanding the foregoing, GO-Biz agrees that any information provided to GO-Biz by the FTB, in connection with this Agreement will be treated as confidential tax information protected by Article 2 (commencing with Section 19542) of Chapter 7 of Part 10.2 of the RTC, assuming that FTB can rely on such a section and shall not be disclosed to any party, other than personnel of GO-Biz or the Committee, without Taxpayer’s prior written consent. Taxpayer acknowledges that this Agreement in whole or in part will be made available to the public at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the Committee hearing. Pursuant to RTC sections 17059.2 and 23689, in the event of approval by the Committee of this Agreement, Taxpayer acknowledges and agrees that GO-Biz will post on its website the following information:

Methods for Interconnection and Physical Architecture shall be as defined in the applicable Appendix NIM, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Automobile Liability $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property damage.

  • Reporting Requirements The Company, during the period when the Prospectus is required to be delivered under the 1933 Act or the 1934 Act, will file all documents required to be filed with the Commission pursuant to the 1934 Act within the time periods required by the 1934 Act and the 1934 Act Regulations.

  • Undue Burden and Fundamental Alteration For any technology-related requirement in this Agreement for which the District asserts an undue burden or fundamental alteration defense, such assertion may only be made by the Superintendent or by an individual designated by the Superintendent and who has budgetary authority after considering all resources available for use in the funding and operation of the service, program, or activity, and must be accompanied by a written statement of the reasons for reaching that conclusion, including the cost of meeting the requirement and the available funding and other resources. The written statement will be certified by the determining official. If such a determination is made, the certifying official will describe in the written statement how it will provide equally effective alternate access, i.e., other action that would not result in such an alteration or such burdens but would nevertheless ensure that, to the maximum extent possible, individuals with disabilities receive the same benefits or services provided by the District as their nondisabled peers.
