Significant schedule change or “schedule change” means a change to an Officer’s regularly assigned duty-hours or days off initiated or approved by the Chief of Police or Assistant Chief of Police.
Significant change means a major decline or improvement in the tenant’s status which does not normally resolve itself without further interventions by staff or by implementing standard disease-related clinical interventions that have an impact on the tenant’s mental, physical, or functional health status.
Material Change in Formula means the occurrence since the Launch Date of a material change in the formula for, or the method of, calculating the Reference Price.
Ownership Change means a change in a hospital’s owner, lessor, or operator under 42 CFR 489.18(a).
Significant deficiency means a shortcoming in the system that materially affects the ability of officials of the Department of Defense to rely upon information produced by the system that is needed for management purposes.
Major Change means any event or proposed modification that, in the opinion of the Fund, will involve a major change in, or a restructuring of, a Funded Activity’s scope, structure, design or objectives, including a reallocation of GCF Proceeds beyond the threshold set out in the relevant FAA affecting the Funded Activity’s scope or objectives, or any other change that substantially alters the purpose or benefit of the Funded Activity, in each case, as may be described in detail in the relevant FAA;
Significant Modification As defined in Section 3.25.
Proposed Change has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 9.02(c).
Significant Event means any Amortization Event or Event of Default.
Significant Effects under this clause 11 include termination of employment (including redundancy), major changes in the composition, operation or size of the Employer’s workforce or in the skills required, the elimination or diminution of job opportunities, promotion opportunities or job tenure; the alteration of hours of work; the need for retraining or transfer of Employees to other work areas or locations and the restructuring of jobs. Scope Change means any change to the scope of a contract to accommodate a need not originally provided for in the contract and which may include the acquisition of additional deliverables or the extension of the term of the contract and which may require an adjustment to the contract price;
Section 502(b)(10) changes means changes that contravene an express permit term or condition. Such changes do not include changes that would violate applicable requirements or contravene federally enforceable permit terms and conditions that are monitoring (including test methods), recordkeeping, reporting, or compliance certification requirements.
Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.
Relevant Potential Change of Control Announcement means any public announcement or statement by the Issuer, any actual or potential bidder or any adviser acting on behalf of any actual or potential bidder relating to any potential Change of Control where within 180 days following the date of such announcement or statement, a Change of Control occurs.
Significant effect under clause 10.3 above includes termination of employment (including redundancy), major changes in the composition, operation or size of the Employer’s workforce or in the skills required, the elimination or diminution of job opportunities, promotion opportunities or job tenure; the alteration of hours of work; changes to safety and/or management systems, any changes to employment practices that result in privacy concerns for employees such as implementation of electronic inductions and/or access systems; the need for retraining or transfer of Employees to other work areas or locations and the restructuring of jobs. Significant Domestic Subsidiary means any Domestic Subsidiary that is a Significant Subsidiary.
Service Change has the meaning set forth in Section 2(B) of the Agreement.
Significant Asset Sale means the sale, transfer, lease or other disposition by Holdings or any Subsidiary to any person other than the Borrower or a Subsidiary Guarantor of all or substantially all of the assets of, or a majority of the Equity Interests in, a person, or a division or line of business or other business unit of a person.
Step Up Rating Change means the first public announcement by S&P or, if applicable, any other Rating Agency appointed by or with the consent of Heimstaden Bostad, of a decrease in the credit rating of Heimstaden Bostad's senior unsecured long-term debt to below BBB- (in the case of S&P) or below Baa3 (in the case of Moody's) or below BBB- (in the case of Fitch). For the avoidance of doubt, any further decrease in the credit rating of Heimstaden Bostad's senior unsecured long-term debt below BBB- in the case of S&P or, if applicable, below Baa3 in the case of Moody's or below BBB- in the case of Fitch and in respect of any other Substitute Rating Agency, an equivalent rating or below shall not constitute a further Step Up Rating Change.
Minor Change means an amendment of an existing authorisation that is not of a purely administrative nature and requires only a limited re-assessment of the properties or efficacy of the biocidal product or biocidal product family;
Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes means, with respect to any Benchmark Replacement, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the definition of “Base Rate,” the definition of “Interest Period,” timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest and other administrative matters) that the Administrative Agent decides may be appropriate to reflect the adoption and implementation of such Benchmark Replacement and to permit the administration thereof by the Administrative Agent in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Administrative Agent decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Administrative Agent determines that no market practice for the administration of the Benchmark Replacement exists, in such other manner of administration as the Administrative Agent decides is reasonably necessary in connection with the administration of this Agreement).
Significant business transaction means any business transaction or series of transactions that, during any one fiscal year, exceeds the lesser of $25,000 or 5 percent of the total operating expense of a provider.
Material Restricted Subsidiary any Restricted Subsidiary other than one or more Restricted Subsidiaries designated by the Borrower that in the aggregate do not constitute Material Subsidiaries.
Partnership Change of Control means Tesoro Corporation ceases to Control the General Partner.
Significant impact means that the proposal is likely to have a noticeable effect on specific section(s) of the community greater than on the general community at large.
Significant emissions increase means, for a regulated NSR pollutant, an increase in emissions that is significant for that pollutant.
