Ticket Requirements. All tickets issued by THE CARRIER shall contain at least the following information: (a) Place and date of issuance. (b) Departure and destination points and scheduled stopovers. (c) Carrier’s name or reference. (d) Operating airline for each segment. (e) Transportation cost. (f) Passenger’s name. (g) Ticket number. (h) Travel dates.
