Common use of Ticket Sales Clause in Contracts

Ticket Sales. The Rangers shall have the exclusive right to sell and resell all Tickets and retain all revenues from all Ticket sales and resales, including the Facility Ticket Fee (as defined in Section 5.02(c)), the Rangers’ share of any Convenience Fee (as defined in Section 5.06(a)), and any personal seat licenses the Rangers may elect to sell, provided, that the Rangers right to sell personal seat licenses shall be limited to Rangers Events only (and no Other Arena Events) and provided further, that any “form” agreement for the sale or licensing of personal seat licenses shall be subject to Licensor’s prior approval, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, and the Rangers shall not make any material alterations to such form agreement that adversely impact Licensor without Licensor’s prior written approval, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
