Rental Policies. Valid 1 March 2018 – 1 February 2019
Rental Policies. Our minimum rental period is one calendar day. All prices for rentals are on a per calendar day basis and are for the agreed upon calendar days only. Unauthorized extensions beyond the agreed upon days will be charged at the full daily rate and with a minimum of a one day charge. If rental equipment is returned earlier than the agreed upon rental dates, no credit will be given without 24 hours’ notice of Your intention for an early return. Orders may be picked up between 3:00-5:00 PM prior to the day of rental depending on equipment availability and with Our prior approval and must be returned before 10:00 AM the day following the last rental day or incur an additional day's rental fee. Cancellation of the Equipment within twenty four hours of the beginning of the rental period will be charged at fifty percent of the rental estimate. You are required to sign Our Rental Agreement and Our credit/debit card security form and return them to Our office at least 48 hours prior to the pick up or delivery of the Equipment.

Rental Policies. 1. Hours: Each event will be approved for specific hours. It is the responsibility of the Renter to cooperate with Museum staff and security in maintaining this schedule. The Museum is open to the public Tuesday through Sunday. Rental functions should not impact the Museum visitor’s experience. Events must end at 10 p.m. and clean-up complete by 11 p.m.

Rental Policies. 2.1 Pre-Rental Orientation. Prior to renting an eBike for the first time, you must attend an eBike program orientation. The orientation will cover the check out and check in process, proper use of the eBike, basic safety tips for riding with traffic, how to secure the eBike when not using it, what to do if the eBike malfunctions, and what to do if there’s an incident on the road. The program orientation takes place in person at an eBike Lending Library location. 2.2 eBike Reservation. HADCO prefers you to use the electronic reservation system available on its website. However, if you do not have internet access, you may call the HADCO office to request a reservation. Reservations can be made in advance up to 90 days before the reservation date. However, HADCO reserves the right to limit the number of reservations per person.

Rental Policies. The Owner shall adopt the City’s rental policies that meet the requirements of Section 504, the ADA, the Fair Housing Act, FEHA, and other federal and state laws and regulations as applicable, and of the Fair Housing Policy Related to Disability of the City, as amended. Owner shall develop and utilize a Property Management Plan (“PMP”), approved by the City, which describes affirmative marketing, tenanting, and other procedures to ensure that the Housing Development meets all of the civil rights requirements for individuals with disabilities.

Throwing birdseed is allowed outdoors only. • NO LIGHTING CANDLES unless specifically agreed to and noted on this rental agreement. If you are permitted to use candles, do not leave them unattended. Agreement: • All decorations to be affixed with Low-tack painter's tape. • We request for your safety that you please note the locations of the fire extinguishers, first aid and AED equipment. • Food and Drink are permitted downstairs only; unless otherwise specified on this agreement. • DISHWASHING is the responsibility of the renter. Note: the UUCK kitchen does not have a dishwasher. • NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES unless specifically agreed to and noted on this rental agreement. • Renter is responsible to remove all items/decorations brought in by renter at the end of event/rental. • No organization may use the Church name or address to represent or promote the purpose and/or views of such organization. • Church Parking: After 6 pm weekdays and all day on weekends, parking is available along the street, in the gravel lot behind the Church & Franklin Township Hall and in the across the street at Family & Community Services. • Long-term Rentals must have Board approval. Long-term rental fees are negotiable on an individual basis. Long- term rentals are exempt from Xxxxxx required to be on premises. Rental Policies. A representative of the Village must be present during the time periods above. Rental fees and times include set-up and clean-up. Building doors and windows must be kept closed when furnace or air conditioning is in use. Events must end by 10 p.m., and all persons must leave by 11 p.m. No dogs or pets are allowed on the grounds at any time unless special permission is secured at the time of rental. Persons/Organizations renting the facilities are responsible for the behavior of the people attending their event. If at any time a person or persons show disorderly behavior, the representative of the Village has permission to have the person(s) removed, and, if deemed necessary, terminate the event.
