Ticket Settlement Process. Licensor shall (with respect to box office sales), and shall cause Ticket Agent to, remit to the Knicks all amounts collected in connection with the sale of Tickets on a weekly basis, together with an itemized statement indicating the number and price of each Ticket sold and related fees collected.
