Tickets Not Issued by Cape Air. Cape Air is not obligated to refund a ticket that does not reflect a confirmed reservation on a Cape Air flight or a ticket not issued by Cape Air. For tickets issued by travel agents, online booking agencies or other airlines, including interline and codeshare airline partners, for travel on Cape Air, the Customer must direct the refund request to that agent or airline for processing. In this situation, the agency or other airline refund policy may apply.
