Common use of Tieback Operations Clause in Contracts

Tieback Operations. If the Development Plan requires the tieback or use of Offsite Host Facilities, a commitment from the owner of that Offsite Host Facilities to handle or process Hydrocarbons, the amount of all tariffs, processing or other fees the owner of that Offsite Host Facilities will charge the Participating Parties to handle or process Hydrocarbons, and the guaranteed capacity on the Offsite Host Facilities for the Hydrocarbons;

If the Development Plan requires the tieback or use of Offsite Alternate Host Facilities, a commitment from the owner of that Offsite Alternate Host Facilities to handle or process Hydrocarbons, the amount of all tariffs, processing or other fees the owner of that Offsite Alternate Host Facilities will charge the Participating Parties to handle or process Hydrocarbons, and the guaranteed capacity on the Offsite Alternate Host Facilities for the Hydrocarbons;
