TIME ALLOCATED FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. 11.3.1 All regular full-time faculty shall have twenty-two (22) working days per year for professional development scheduled in a single block of time or in time periods mutually agreeable to the Employer and the employee.
