Time and Contents. A written notice of the meeting shall be given by a General Partner not less then ten (10) nor more than sixty (60) days before the date of the meeting to each Partner. The notice shall state the place, date and hour of the meeting and the general nature of the business to be transacted, and no other business may be transacted.
