Common use of Time and Material Charges Clause in Contracts

Time and Material Charges. If the Owner orders Work on a “time and material” basis, timesheets shall be signed daily by the Inspector or Owner Designee at or near the time the Work is actually undertaken and shall show the hours worked, and the Work actually completed. No time sheets shall be signed the next day. A copy shall be provided to the Person signing the document at the time the document is signed, but not before 10 am the following day.
