Time and Method of Payment. Reimbursement for allocated costs shall be payable by each Company to others Companies on a monthly basis by the 20th day of each month for expenses and costs incurred during the prior month. The Accounting Department, under the direction of the Controller, shall administer the reimbursement and reflect the reimbursement on the separate books and records of each Company.
