Time Bank Assessment. Union members assigned to a 56 hour schedule will be assessed a maximum of 9 hours per year or 2.25 hours per quarter worked. Union members assigned to a 40 hour schedule will be assessed a maximum of 1.85 hour per quarter worked. Newly hired and retiring members shall be assessed for each quarter that they are employed. For purposes of this section, employment for an entire 24 hour shift (56 hour) or an entire 10 hour shift (40 hour) within the quarter, shall qualify for an assessment for each period. Assessment shall be in accordance with the following terms:
