TIME FOR CONTRACTOR'S PERFORMANCE. 4.01 Upon execution of the contract by both the successful Bidder and the Owner, submittal of the required performance and payment bonds, certificates of insurance, and receipt and approval of the required post-bid information, the Owner will issue Document 00550, Notice to Proceed which will stipulate the commencement date for the Work. 4.02 The Contractor shall commence the performance of the Work on the date stipulated on Document 00550, Notice to Proceed, and shall diligently continue its performance to and until final completion of the Project.
