TIME FOR PERFORMANCE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. A/E hereby agrees to provide the Additional Services detailed in Attachment C – Production Schedule.

TIME FOR PERFORMANCE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. Time for Performance of Additional Services shall be amended and supplanted by the following:

TIME FOR PERFORMANCE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. Test Engineer hereby agrees to provide the Additional Services by or before August 29, 2025.

TIME FOR PERFORMANCE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. Attachment C – Production Schedule of Supplemental Agreement No. 9 shall be supplanted and replaced by Attachment 1 – Production Schedule, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes.

TIME FOR PERFORMANCE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. A/E hereby agrees to provide the Additional Services detailed in Attachment C – Production Schedule. ARTICLE 4‌ All Additional Services described herein will be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. All other terms of the Agreement and any prior amendments thereto which have not been specifically amended herein shall remain the same and shall continue in full force and effect.

TIME FOR PERFORMANCE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES. Developer and Architect may agree upon a time schedule and deadline for completion of any Additional Services when the Additional Services are requested by Developer, and if they agree on a schedule and deadline, shall incorporate such into an Architect Additional Service Request. In the absence of such a time schedule and deadline, Architect shall perform Additional Services as expeditiously as is consistent with the Standard of Care and for the prompt and orderly progress of the Work.
