Time limit for filing and appeal. Any written disposition of a grievance which results from a hearing conducted under any of the steps described in this statement (Section 4, Procedures) shall be officially recorded as the final disposition of the grievance unless, within seven (7) school calendar days from the date of receiving the disposition, the grievant files the grievant’s intent to utilize the next step available to the grievant.
