Time Limit on Certain Defenses. (a) After two years from the Effective Date of this Policy, no misstatement of a Covered Person, except a fraudulent misstatement made in the application, shall be used to void this Policy. After two years from the Effective Date of the coverage with respect to any claim which is made, no misstatement of a Covered Person, except a fraudulent misstatement contained in a written instrument signed by a Covered Person, shall be used to deny a claim for loss incurred commencing after expiration of such two years.
