Time Limitation on Disbursement of USTDA Grant Funds. Except as USTDA may otherwise agree, (i) no Grant Funds may be disbursed under this Grant Agreement for goods and services which are provided prior to the Effective Date, and (ii) no Grant Funds may be disbursed other than during the period set forth in Clause K(2) of the Mandatory Contract Clauses.
