Time Limits for Assignments Above a. There will be no maximum time limits set for Police Officers filling the assignments in Subsection A above. No Police Officer may be temporarily assigned to a special duty assignment unless the current total authorized (T/O) strength is filled.

Time Limits for Assignments Above. 1. The maximum length of the Detective Bureau Rotational assignment shall be five (5) years per employee, unless extended by the Police Chief or his designee.

  • Deadlines for Providing Insurance Documents after Renewal or Upon Request As set forth herein, certain insurance documents must be provided to the OGS Procurement Services contact identified in the Contract Award Notice after renewal or upon request.   • Work Assignments Section 1. The Company shall determine whether to staff a position or fill a vacancy and the method or combination of methods it shall use for such purposes. In making this determination, the Company shall first give consideration to qualified laid off employees with applications on file in accordance with Article 14 Section 7 of this Agreement and then internal candidates prior to off-street applicants. All vacancies within the Bargaining Unit shall be posted (manually or electronically) in locations where Bargaining Unit employees regularly work. The posting shall include the title, wage range, and sufficient information regarding requirements and duties to adequately describe the vacancy.
