Common use of Time Notice is given Clause in Contracts

Time Notice is given. Any Notice which has been delivered in accordance with clause 29.1 shall be deemed to have been given if delivered by hand, by courier or by post, at the time of delivery (which shall be deemed to be 48 hours after posting). Email Notices shall be deemed to have been received at the same time as the other method by which Notice is given. However if any Notice would be deemed to have been given after 5.00pm on a Business Day and before 9.00 am on the next Business Day, such Notice shall be deemed to have been given at 9.00 am on the second of such Business Days.

Time Notice is given. Any Notice which has been delivered in accordance with clause 29.1 22.1 shall be deemed to have been given given: 22.3.1 if delivered by hand, by courier or by post, at the time of delivery (which shall be deemed to be 48 hours after posting). Email Notices shall be deemed to have been received at the same relevant address; or 22.3.2 if sent by email, at the time as the other method by which Notice email is givensent, provided that no automated message is received stating that the email has not been delivered. However However, if any Notice would be deemed to have been given after 5.00pm 5.00 pm on a Business Day and before 9.00 am on the next Business Day, such Notice shall be deemed to have been given at 9.00 am on the second of such Business Days.

However if any Notice would be deemed to have been given after 5.00pm 6.00 pm CET on a Business Day and before 9.00 am CET on the next Business Day, such Notice shall be deemed to have been given at 9.00 am CET on the second of such Business Days.
