Common use of TIME OF BEGINNING AND COMPLETION Clause in Contracts

TIME OF BEGINNING AND COMPLETION. The Consultant shall begin the work outlined in the “Scope of Work” (“Work”) upon receipt of written notice to proceed from the City.
