Time of Commencement. The Department will be responsible for piling the materials at the individual sand piles. Notwithstanding Provision #5 above, scheduling of deliveries to the sand pile locations listed in this contract are subject to the approval of the Engineer to ensure efficient pile construction.
Time of Commencement. This AGREEMENT commences on October 1, 2021 and shall remain in effect until September 30, 2026.
Time of Commencement. Time of Commencement. 4.1 The “work” to be performed under this subcontract shall commence within three (3) days after notification, whether verbal or written, subject to authorized adjustments, and shall be substantially completed not later than the time specified in the contract progress schedule submitted to and approved by the prime contractor/owner and contractor. Once approved by the contractor, the subcontractor’s schedule shall be considered incorporated into this subcontract agreement. Upon request, the contractor agrees to provide the subcontractor with an opportunity to review the contractor’s schedule submittal prior to its delivery by the contractor to the prime contractor/owner, for purpose of confirming the subcontractor’s “work” can be accomplished and completed in the allotted time. Subcontractor agrees to schedule “work” so that there will be little or no interference with work being completed by contractor or other subcontractors. The subcontractor shall commence and complete the work of this subcontract and any separate parts thereof within such period(s), and at the time set forth in the contractor’s current schedule. Failure by the subcontractor to comply with the contractor’s schedule may result in the actions as prescribed herein this subcontract.
Time of Commencement. The Contractor shall commence no work until he has received a written Notice to Proceed from Non-Profit. Work shall begin no later than thirty (30) days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. No work shall be commenced before the Contractor has recorded a properly executed Notice of Commencement in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. Work shall be completed, as evidenced by passing of all final inspections required by Non-Profit within ( ) calendar days. Non-completion of this Contract within the specified time period shall result in the assessment of liquidated damages in the amount of $50.00 per day beginning from the scheduled day of completion, for every normal working day until completion, unless prior notice and approval for extension has been agreed upon in writing by the Owner, the Contractor, and Non-Profit. This provision is contingent upon strikes, accidents, or Acts of God.
Time of Commencement. Vendor shall commence work within 30 calendar days after receiving from the City a notice to proceed.
Time of Commencement. The work to be performed under this Contract shall be commenced no later than ten (10) consecutive calendar days after the date of written Notice to Proceed issued by the County, hereto attached as Exhibit H.
Time of Commencement. The Contractor shall commence actual construction and/or production of the work and/or materials in accordance with the Project Schedule specified in the Contract. Time shall be deemed material and of the essence in this Contract.
