Certificates and Documentation. A SATC shall accompany the Deliverables cf. clause 2.14. The Deliverables shall also be accompanied by the requisite product certificates, doc u- mentation, operating, safety and maintenance and any other information ensuring that DALO will be able to import, export, and use and repair all parts of the Deliverables while complying with applicable law, including EU law applicable in Denmark. All such documentation shall be submitted to DALO to XXX-XXX-XXXXXXX@XXX.XX. Doc- umentation shall be in accordance with the International Specification for Technical Publ i- cations (SPEC1000D) or in another electronic version, for instance PDF format Format of drawings shall be in AutoCAD (.dwg), pictures in JPEG, videos in MPEG and documents in Word-format or PDF. AutoCAD files shall include information about pen se t- up (colour and line width) and only standard AutoCAD and Windows True Type fonts must be used. The language of the documentation shall be in English (Simplified Technical English is preferred) unless Danish is agreed upon by the Parties.
Certificates and Documentation. 10.1 UIC Certificate of Conformance (COC) and copies of the original Certificate (EASA FORM 1 or JAA FORM 1 or FAA 8130-3 or OEM COC) shall be supplied with all parts.
10.2 Test reports or other documentation from the manufacturer may be available upon request and may be subject to a fee.
10.3 UIC may impose a missing/loss document retrieval fee of $25.00 per document after thirty (30) days upon receipt.
10.4 UIC may impose a nominal fee for Export FAA8130-3 issued by an independent FAA-DAR.
Certificates and Documentation. Landlord shall, at Tenant’s or a Financing Party’s request, provide to Tenant and such Financing Party (a) confirmation that such Financing Party is a “Financing Party” for purposes of this Agreement and this Section 10, (b) a consent and estoppel acknowledging the applicable Financing Party’s mortgage or other lien or encumbrance, confirming the continuing effectiveness of this Agreement and this Section 10, identifying any modifications thereto and hereto and any breaches or defaults thereunder or hereunder, and containing such other information and agreements as Tenant or such Financing Party may reasonably request, and (c) such other certificates or affidavits as Tenant, such Financing Party or any title company selected by either Tenant or such Financing Party may reasonably request, in each case at no cost, expense, or incremental liability to Landlord. Landlord shall duly execute and return same to Tenant and/or such Financing Party within thirty (30) days of Tenant’s or such Financing Party’s request therefor.
Certificates and Documentation. 4.1 Entitlement to New YGC Certificates
(a) After the Effective Date, and subject to Section 4.2, Queenstake Shareholders (other than Dissenting Queenstake Shareholders) and the holders of Queenstake Stock Options and Queenstake Warrants will be entitled to receive a certificate or certificates or other documentation representing their New YGC Shares, New YGC Stock Options and New YGC Warrants, as the case may be.

Certificates and Documentation. Catalent shall at all times and in accordance with applicable Laws supply to Passage Bio with respect to, and in advance of, each Delivery of Bulk Drug Substance and Drug Product the relevant:
(a) copy of the Batch Record;
(b) Certificate of Compliance in accordance with the format and subject matter as set out in the Quality Agreement;
(c) Certificate of Analysis; and
(d) such quality related documentation as is required under the Quality Agreement, duly signed by the designated person, corresponding to the Batch of Bulk Drug Substance and Drug Product contained in that Delivery (the foregoing, collectively, referred to as the “Batch Documentation”).
Certificates and Documentation. Catalent shall at all times and in accordance with relevant U.S. and/or other applicable regulations supply to Sarepta and its Affiliates (as applicable) with respect to, and in advance of, each Delivery of Bulk Drug Substance and Drug Product the relevant:
(a) copy of the Batch Record;
(b) Certificate of Compliance in accordance with the format and subject matter as set out in the Quality Agreement;
(c) Certificate of Analysis; and
(d) such quality related documentation as is required under the Quality Agreement, duly signed by the designated person, corresponding to the Batch of Bulk Drug Substance and Drug Product contained in that Delivery (the foregoing, collectively, referred to as the “Batch Documentation”).
Certificates and Documentation. Effect of Arrangement
5.01 After the Effective Time, certificates formerly representing Staccato Shares and Staccato Warrants prior to the Effective Time shall cease to represent such shares and warrants and shall represent only the right to receive the consideration therefor specified in Article Three in accordance with this Plan of Arrangement, subject to Article 5.06 and to compliance with the requirements set forth in this Article Five; and for greater certainty, no former Holder will be entitled to receive any interest, dividends, premiums, or other payment in connection therewith.
5.02 At the Effective Time, each and every certificate, document, agreement or other instrument, if any, formerly representing Staccato Options shall be and shall be deemed to be cancelled, void and of no further force and effect without any further authorization, act or formality. Each former holder of a Specified Option shall be entitled to receive instruments representing the Timberline Option to which each such former holder of a Specified Option is entitled pursuant to the provisions of this Plan of Arrangement as soon as practical after the Effective Time. Timberline shall register each former holder of a Specified Option as the holder of the Timberline Options to which such former holder of a Specified Option is entitled pursuant to the provisions of this Plan of Arrangement and make available to each former holder of Specified Options, or send by first class mail to the last address of each such former holder of a Specified Options as shown on the books and records of Staccato, instruments representing such Timberline Option.
Certificates and Documentation. Entitlement to EFI Share Certificates
Section 5.1 After the Effective Date, the former shareholders of Strathmore shall be entitled to receive certificates representing EFI Payment Shares on the basis set forth in Section 3.2(e) by complying with the requirements set forth in Section 5.5.
Certificates and Documentation. Entitlement to FRV Share Certificates
4.01 After the Effective Date, certificates formerly representing Canabo Shares which are held by a Canabo Shareholder will, represent only the right to receive certificates representing FRV Shares, all in accordance with the terms of the Arrangement. The former shareholders of Canabo shall be entitled to receive certificates representing FRV Shares on the basis set forth in Section 3.01 by complying with the requirements set forth in Section 4.05.
