Time of Commencement. Approved leave without pay for purposes other than prolonged sickness shall commence after the employee has used all accrued sick leave, if eligible, vacation and approved personal leave, except that the employee may retain up to ten (10) days' (80 hours or 75 hours, based upon the job classification) accrued vacation time.
