Commencement of Benefit. Notwithstanding any other provision, unless the Participant elects otherwise, distribution of benefits will begin no later than the 60th day after the latest of the close of the Plan Year in which:
a. the Participant attains Normal Retirement Age; b. occurs the 10th anniversary of the year m which the Participant commenced participation in the Plan; or c. the Participant incurs a Termination of Employment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the failure of a Participant and spouse to consent to a distribution while a benefit is immediately distributable, within the meaning of Section 6.02(B) of the Plan, shall be deemed to be an election to defer commencement of payment of any benefit sufficient to satisfy this Section.

(i) Unless the surviving Spouse elects payment at a later date, the QPSP, with respect to a Participant who dies on or before the date he attains age 55, shall be paid to the Participant's surviving Spouse beginning on the first day of the month coinciding with or immediately following the date the Participant would have attained age 55, if he had survived.
(ii) The QPSP payable with respect to a Participant who dies after he attained age 55 shall begin as of the first day of the month following the month the Participant died. The surviving Spouse may elect to delay the commencement of payments to a date not later than the date the Participant would have attained age 70-1/2.
Commencement of Benefit. Payment of the Supplemental Retirement Benefit shall commence on the same date as payment of the Normal Retirement Benefit under the Qualified Plan. Any election under the Qualified Plan made by Xx. Xxxxxxx with respect to the commencement of payment of the Normal Retirement Benefit will also be applicable with respect to the commencement of payment of his Supplemental Normal Retirement Benefit.
Commencement of Benefit. Payment of the Supplemental Benefit to a Participant shall commence on the same date as payment of the Qualified Plan Benefit to the Participant commences. Any election under the Qualified Plan made by the Participant with respect to the commencement of payment of his Qualified Plan Benefit shall also be applicable with respect to the commencement of payment of his Supplemental Retirement Benefit.
