Commencement of Benefit. Notwithstanding any other provision, unless the Participant elects otherwise, distribution of benefits will begin no later than the 60th day after the latest of the close of the Plan Year in which:

Commencement of Benefit. Staff members shall begin accruing PTO on their date of hire, or date of eligibility and may begin using it on the sixty-first (61st) day of eligibility.
