Time of Draft. There shall be an Annual Selection Meeting (the “College Draft” or “Draft”) each League Year during the term of this Agreement and for the year immediately following the expiration or termination of this Agreement, with respect to which the following rules shall apply. In any League Year in which the NFL deems it appropriate, there may also be a Supplemental Draft.
