Common use of Time of Service Clause in Contracts

Time of Service. In respect of the means of service specified in clause 32.1(b) (ii) any notice or other document will be treated as given or served and received by the other party: (a) Personal Delivery: when received by the addressee; (b) Post: three Working Days after being posted to the addressee's last known address in New Zealand; or (c) Email: when acknowledged by the addressee by return email or otherwise in writing.
