Common use of Time Performance Clause in Contracts

Time Performance. The Contractor will complete each assigned task as detailed within the RFP XX-XXX-XX. Any additional services outside of the scope in RFP XX-XXX-XX must be assigned with an approved Purchase Order (PO).
