Common use of Time Period for Creation of Security Clause in Contracts

Time Period for Creation of Security. (a) The Company shall create, perfect, preserve and maintain and cause the other Obligors to create, perfect, preserve and maintain the Security, in favour of the Debenture Trustee for the benefit of the Debenture Holders. All Security shall be in a form and manner satisfactory to the Debenture Trustee and the Debenture Holders.
