Common use of Time Period of Employment Clause in Contracts

Time Period of Employment. A. United agrees to employ Executive and Executive agrees to be employed by United on the basis stated in Paragraph 1 from the Effective Date through the earlier of (i) 11:59 p.m. of September 30, 2004 or (ii) the termination of this Agreement and Executive's employment pursuant to Paragraph 4 hereof (such period, the "Term").

Time Period of Employment. A. United agrees to ------------------------- employ Executive and Executive agrees to be employed by United on the basis stated in Paragraph 1 from the Effective Date September 1, 1997 through the earlier of (i) 11:59 p.m. of September 30July 31, 2004 or (ii) the 1998, subject to sooner termination of this Agreement and Executive's employment pursuant to Paragraph 4 hereof (such period, as it may be shortened pursuant to Paragraph 4, being herein called the "Term").

Time Period of Employment. A.
