TIME, PLACE AND MANNER OF FILING. a. A grievance shall be filed on a form prescribed by the County. Each grievance shall state for each named employee the factual basis for the claim and the provision of the article allegedly violated. Any grievance on this subject which is not timely or does not meet the criteria established in this section shall be deemed invalid, null and void. b. All grievances on this subject shall be filed with the County's Director of Labor Relations not later than seven (7) calendar days following the alleged violation. Any grievance which is not received by the Director of Labor Relations within seven (7) calendar days following the alleged violation shall be deemed invalid, null and void and a waiver of the employee's assert of his or her rights.
