TIME, PLACE, GENERAL PROVISIONS CONCERNING SPECIAL CONFERENCES. A. Special Conferences shall be held when mutually agreed to by the Township and the Union. The Employer shall not be obligated to pay more than two (2) representatives of the Union to attend any such conference if scheduled during their regular work hours.
