Common use of Time-rate Translators Clause in Contracts

Time-rate Translators. If the time-rate employee must remain available during their free time at the request of the employer, the employee shall, in addition to the monthly salary, receive an hourly remuneration that is calculated from the monthly salary with the divisor 157. If work starts, the standby time ends and the employee shall be paid for overtime according to hours worked. Also, in other cases when the employee is requested to work because of a sudden, urgent task, they shall be paid for overtime according to hours worked.
