Time Schedules Work Day. 1 Teacher’s Workday The normal workday for teachers, to be established by the schedules of each school, shall be eight (8) hours unless otherwise specified in this agreement. Each teacher shall arrange with the building principal an eight (8) hour day to best meet student needs. Under extenuating circumstances, a teacher may request that the applicable building principal modify the teacher’s normal starting and concluding times for any particular eight (8) hour day.
