Time to be Devoted to Business. The General Partner shall devote such time to the Partnership's business as the General Partner, in its sole discretion, shall deem to be necessary to control, manage and supervise the Partnership's business and affairs in an efficient manner; but nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the engagement of the services of any agent or third party to manage or provide other services in respect of the Partnership's Property or assets subject to the control of the General Partner.
