Timeliness of Billing. Contractor acknowledges and agrees that timeliness of billing is of the essence to this Contract and recognizes that the City is on a fiscal year ending on June 30. All invoices for services rendered prior to July 1 must be submitted to the City no later than 30 days after the end of the fiscal year.

Timeliness of Billing. Consultant acknowledges and agrees that timeliness of billing is of the essence to this Contract and recognizes that the City is on a fiscal year ending on June 30. All invoices for services rendered prior to July 1 must be submitted to the City no later than 30 days after the end of the fiscal year. If Consultant submits billing in a timely fashion, the City agrees to pay the Consultant within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Should City not pay within this agreed upon time frame, the City agrees to pay a ten dollar per month fee until such time as the unresolved invoice becomes paid in full. Any dispute regarding payment must be raised in writing to the City within 30 days.

  • Ordering Guidelines and Processes 1.14.1 For information regarding Ordering Guidelines and Processes for various Network Elements, Combinations and Other Services, TWTC should refer to the “Guides” section of the AT&T Interconnection Web site. TWTC will be notified of any material changes to such “Guides”.

  • Measurement and Billing The Parties shall measure Interconnection in accordance with this Section 4.6 and xxxx in accordance with Article XXVII and this Section 4.6.

  • Timeliness of Payment All undisputed charges shall be due and payable in accordance with each Party’s invoice instructions on or before the later of (x) fifteen (15) days from receipt of the applicable invoice or (y) the last day of the calendar month in which the applicable invoice was received (or in either event the next Business Day if such day is not a Business Day). Each Party shall make payments by electronic funds transfer, or by other mutually agreeable method(s), to the account designated by the other Party. Any undisputed amounts not paid by the due date shall be deemed delinquent and shall accrue interest at the Late Payment Rate, such interest to be calculated from and including the due date to but excluding the date the delinquent amount is paid in full.

  • Test procedures For an Asset Review, the Asset Representations Reviewer will perform for each Asset Review Receivable the procedures listed under “Procedures to be Performed” in Schedule A for each representation and warranty (each, a “Test”), using the Asset Review Materials listed for each such Test in Schedule A. For each Test and Asset Review Receivable, the Asset Representations Reviewer will determine if the Test has been satisfied (a “Test Pass”) or if the Test has not been satisfied (a “Test Fail”).

  • Billing Unless otherwise provided in the Grant Agreement, Grantee shall bill the System Agency in accordance with the Grant Agreement. Unless otherwise specified in the Grant Agreement, Grantee shall submit requests for reimbursement or payment monthly by the last business day of the month following the month in which expenses were incurred or services provided. Grantee shall maintain all documentation that substantiates invoices and make the documentation available to the System Agency upon request.

  • MEASUREMENT AND VERIFICATION The goal of this task is to report the benefits resulting from this project. Project team may use in- house expertise of the project demonstration site or use third party vendor for measurement and verification (M&V) of greenhouse gas and energy consumption reduction. The Recipient shall: • Enter into agreement with M&V subcontractor per Task 1.9. • Coordinate site visits with the M&V subcontractor at the demonstration sites. • Develop M&V protocol for pre-installation measurement (and calculations) following Section II.B.2 of the grant solicitation manual2: o Electric, natural gas and/or other fossil fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions (use appropriate emissions factor from Attachment 8 of the grant solicitation) of the equipment/process/system(s)/sub-system(s) that are to be upgraded and/or replaced and/or modified. o If necessary, ensure installation of sub-metering equipment and data loggers for pre/post data analysis. • Prepare and provide a detailed Measurement and Verification Plan for project demonstration sites to include but not be limited to: o A description of the monitoring equipment and instrumentation which will be used. o A description of the key input parameters and output metrics which will be measured. o A description of the M&V protocol and analysis methods to be employed. • Perform three months (or shorter period as approved in writing by the CAM) of pre- installation measurements (and calculations) based on the M&V protocol for pre-install • Prepare and provide a Pre-Installation Measurement and Verification Findings Report for each demonstration site that includes M&V protocol, pre-install measurements (and calculations), analysis, and results performed in this task. • Develop M&V protocol for Post-Installation measurements (or calculations) of: o Electric, natural gas and/or other fossil fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions (use appropriate emissions factor from Attachment 8 of the grant solicitation) of the equipment/process/system(s)/sub-system(s) that will be upgraded and/or replaced and/or modified ⚫ Perform 12 months (or shorter period as approved in writing by the CAM) of post- installation measurements based on M&V protocol for post-installation. • Provide a summary of post-installation M&V progress in Progress Report(s) (see subtask 1.5) which shall include but not be limited to: o A narrative on operational highlights from the reporting period, including any stoppages in operation and why; and o A summary of M&V findings from the reporting period. • Analyze post-installation electrical, natural gas and/or other fossil fuel consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. • Prepare and provide a Post-Installation Measurement and Verification Findings Report for each demonstration site that includes M&V protocol, pre and post install measurements (and calculations), analysis, and results performed in this task.
