Tenant acknowledges that if it fails to comply with Construction Document requirements (including all tasks necessary to satisfy them, such as, but not limited to, applying at the earliest possible time for and diligently pursuing all necessary building permits), the delay may cause the City to suffer substantial damages, including loss of goodwill, that might be difficult to ascertain or prove.
