Timely Ordering of Materials. Contractor shall coordinate submittal approvals and place orders for materials and/or equipment so that delivery of same will be made without delays to the Work. Contractor shall show order dates and delivery dates on Three Week Look Ahead Schedule and master schedule. Contractor shall, upon District’s reasonable request, provide documentary evidence that orders have been placed.
