Timely Remittance. 1. Those employees who notify the School District’s Human Resources Department of their intent to retire, a minimum of ninety (90) days prior to their retirement date will have their payment remitted to the St. Xxxxx County School District Special Payment Plan on or before the last business day of the month in which separation occurs. 2. Those employees who do not provide a minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice to the School District Human Resources Department will have their payment remitted to the St. Xxxxx County School District Special Payment Plan within thirty-five (35) business days from the date of separation. 3. Those employees who fail to provide a minimum of twenty-nine (29) days’ notice to the St. Xxxxx County School District will have their payment remitted to the St. Xxxxx County School District Special Payment Plan on the last business day of the month in which the Board approves their retirement.

Timely Remittance a. All contributions to the Funds described in Article 25 hereof shall be made at such time and in such manner as the Trustees of each respective Fund may require, and the Trustees shall have the authority to have a certified public accountant audit the payroll, wage, and other relevant records of the Employer for the purpose of determining the accuracy of contributions to each respective Fund. b. If an Employer fails to make contributions to any of the Funds described in Article 25 hereof within twenty (20) days after the date required by the Trustees, such failure shall be deemed a violation of this Agreement and the Union shall have the right to take whatever steps are necessary to secure compliance with this Agreement, any provisions hereof to the contrary notwithstanding, and the Employer shall be liable for all costs of collecting the payments due, together with the attorneys’ fees and such penalties as may be assessed by the Trustees of each respective Fund. The Employer’s liability for payment under this provision shall not be subject to or covered by any “no-strike” clause which may be provided or set forth elsewhere in this Agreement and such provisions shall not apply in the event of a violation of this clause.

  • REPORTS AND REMITTANCES A. The Company shall provide to the Reinsurer a monthly report no later than thirty (30) calendar days following the end of each month. Said report shall provide a summary of the gross ceded premium and paid losses for the month that just ended (and in the aggregate during the term of this Contract). B. The Company shall also provide the Reinsurer with the Monthly Servicing Report (as that term is defined in the Policy) no later than sixty (60) calendar days following the end of each month. C. The Company shall pay to the Reinsurer, as promptly as possible, all amounts due the Reinsurer it receives from the Insured under the Policy (including without limitation, any premium, optional policy cancellation fee and amounts paid under Section VII thereof (Loss Adjustments; Application of Current Period Deal Modification Loss Amount)); provided, however, in no event later than five (5) business days after the Company receives any such amount under the Policy.   • Remittance The dues and other authorized deductions shall be remitted by the University to the UFF State Office on a biweekly basis within thirty (30) days following the end of the pay period. With respect to any remittance received by the Purchaser after the second Business Day following the Business Day on which such payment was due, the Company shall pay to the Purchaser interest on any such late payment at an annual rate equal to the Prime Rate, adjusted as of the date of each change, plus three percentage points, but in no event greater than the maximum amount permitted by applicable law. Such interest shall be deposited in the Custodial Account by the Company on the date such late payment is made and shall cover the period commencing with the day following such second Business Day and ending with the Business Day on which such payment is made, both inclusive. Such interest shall be remitted along with the distribution payable on the next succeeding Remittance Date. The payment by the Company of any such interest shall not be deemed an extension of time for payment or a waiver of any Event of Default by the Company.
