Timely responses and approvals. Owner shall render approvals and decisions with reasonable promptness and shall endeavor to minimize Delay in the orderly progress of Contractor’s services and the Work; provided, however, Contractor shall timely advise Owner of the time requirements of such approvals and decisions.
