Times and Places. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, inspection and test by the City of material and workmanship, which Contractor hereby agrees is allowed by this Agreement, shall be made at reasonable times and at the site of the Work, unless the City determines that an inspection or test of material which is to be incorporated in the Work shall be made at the place of production, manufacture, or shipment of the material.
