Times of Payment. 6.1 The Service Charge based upon the Accountant’s estimate of the Service Expenditure in respect of each Year excluding the First Year but including the Last Year shall be payable by equal quarterly instalments in advance on the Quarter Days. 6.2 The Service Charge for the First Year based upon the Accountant’s estimate of the Service Expenditure for the First Year shall be payable upon a payment on the Date of Entry and a payment or payments (as the case may be) on the succeeding Quarter Day or Days (if one or more of such Quarter Days falls between the Date of Entry and the end of the First Year) apportioned pro rata. 6.3 As soon as the Accountant’s certificate shall have been completed under paragraph 5 of this Part 5 of the Schedule, any overpayment by the Tenant based on the Accountant’s estimate shall be credited towards the Tenant’s next payment or payments of Service Charge due by the Tenant and any credit due to the Tenant at the end of the Last Year shall be paid to the Tenant within one month of the issue of such Accountant’s certificate. Any underestimate of Service Charge for any Year and/or the First Year and/or the Last Year shall be payable by the Tenant to the Landlord within 20 Working Days of written demand. 6.4 If the Tenant has been given notice of the Accountant’s estimate of the amount of the Service Charge for any Year before the last Quarter Day in that year the Tenant shall on that and any subsequent Quarter Day before such notice is given pay an amount equal to the last quarterly payment of Service Charge in respect of the previous Year and the requisite adjustment by way of addition of underpayment or deduction of overpayment shall be made/given by adjusting the first quarterly payment after such notice has been given. 6.5 The provisions of this Part 5 of the Schedule shall continue to apply notwithstanding the expiration or sooner determination of the Duration of the foregoing Lease but only in respect of the period down to such expiration or sooner determination of the Duration of the foregoing Lease.

6.2 Scottish quarter days, namely 28 February, 28 May, 28 August and 28 November, or such other four quarterly dates as the Landlord may from time to time specify. The Service Charge for the First Year based upon the Accountant’s estimate Managing Agent's estimates of the Service Expenditure and the Service Charge for the First Year shall be payable upon by a payment on the Date of Entry in respect of the period from and including the Date of Entry to the first quarter day or other payment date occurring after the Date of Entry and a payment or payments (as the case may be) on the succeeding Quarter Day quarter day or Days (days or such other payment date or dates as may be substituted therefor as aforesaid and if one or more of such Quarter Days quarter days or such other payment dates falls between the Date of Entry and the end of the First Year) Year apportioned pro rata.
6.3 6.2 As soon as the Accountant’s Managing Agent's certificate shall have been completed under paragraph 5 of this Part 5 of the Schedule5.1, any overpayment by the Tenant based on the Accountant’s Managing Agent's estimate shall be credited allowed to the Tenant as a credit towards the Tenant’s next payment or payments of Service Charge due by the Tenant and any credit due to underpayment by the Tenant at based on the end of the Last Year Managing Agent's estimates shall be paid by the Tenant within 14 days of demand. In the event that there remains any overpayment by the Tenant in respect of Service Charge at the expiry or earlier termination of this Lease, the Landlord shall be required to reimburse any such sum in full to the Tenant within one month of the issue of such Accountant’s certificate. Any underestimate of Service Charge for any Year and/or the First Year and/or the Last Year shall be payable by the Tenant to the Landlord within 20 15 Working Days of written demandthe date of completion of the Managing Agent’s certificate under paragraph 5.1 for the relevant Year.

6.5 6.4 The provisions of this Part 5 of the Schedule shall continue to apply notwithstanding from and after the expiration or sooner determination Date of the Duration of the foregoing Lease Expiry but only in respect of the period down to such expiration or sooner determination and including the Date of the Duration of the foregoing LeaseExpiry.

6.2 . The Service Charge for the First Service Year based upon the Accountant’s Managing Agent's estimate of the Service Expenditure for the First Service Year shall be payable upon a payment by quarterly payments in advance the first being on the Date First day of Entry April Nineteen hundred and a payment or payments (as the case may be) ninety seven and thereafter on the succeeding Quarter each Rent Payment Day or Days (if one or more of such Quarter Days falls falling between the Date First day of Entry April Nineteen hundred and ninety seven and the end of the First Service Year) apportioned pro rata.
6.3 6.2 As soon as the Accountant’s certificate Managing Agent's Certificate shall have been completed under paragraph Clause 5 of this Part 5 of the Schedule, Schedule any overpayment by the Tenant Tenants based on the Accountant’s Managing Agent's estimate shall be credited towards allowed by the Tenant’s next payment or payments of Landlords to the Tenants against the Tenants' future liability for Service Charge due (except in the last year of this Lease when any overpayment shall be repaid by the Tenant Landlords to the Tenants no later than fourteen days after the date of the said Certificate) and any credit due to underpayment by the Tenant at Tenants based on the end of the Last Year Managing Agent's estimate shall be paid by the Tenants to the Tenant Landlords within one month fourteen days of the issue of such Accountant’s certificate. Any underestimate of Service Charge for any Year and/or the First Year and/or the Last Year shall be payable by the Tenant to the Landlord within 20 Working Days of written demand.
6.4 6.3 If the Tenant has Tenants shall not have been given notice of the Accountant’s estimate of the amount of the estimated Service Charge for any Service Year before the last Quarter Rent Payment Day in that year the Tenant previous Service Year the Tenants shall on that and any subsequent Quarter Rent Payment Day before such notice is given pay an amount equal to the last quarterly payment of Service Charge in respect of the previous Service Year but only in return for VAT invoices and the requisite adjustment by way of addition of underpayment or deduction of overpayment shall be made/given by adjusting made to the quarterly instalment of estimated Service Charge payable on the first quarterly payment Rent Payment Day after such notice has been given.
6.5 6.4 The provisions of this Part 5 of the Schedule shall continue to apply notwithstanding the expiration or sooner determination of the Duration period of the foregoing this Lease until finalised but only in respect of the period down to such expiration or sooner determination of the Duration period of the foregoing Lease.
