Common use of TimeSimplicity Solution Access Clause in Contracts

TimeSimplicity Solution Access. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, and in consideration of your payment to us of all amounts due, we grant you, for the TimeSimplicity Cloud- Based Solution described in your Delivery Order, a limited, non- exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right of access as provided by our applicable Insperity Partner to use the applicable TimeSimplicity Cloud-Based Solution solely for business purposes within the U.S. No title or ownership of TimeSimplicity or related documentation (or any copy thereof) is transferred to you by way of this Agreement. Ownership of TimeSimplicity and its related documentation remains exclusively with TimeSimplicity.
